Alexandria Home Renovation – for repeat clients

This is a favorite client family that I have represented on 4 projects, 3 in Alexandria, as is this home on just south of Old Town in Bell Haven.

This super cute home is big on surprises as it looks small, like a one story.  There are actually 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2563 SF.

I wanted to update the exterior colors, from black and red, removing details in black around the front door, replacing the dated light fixtures and house numbers.  These are low cost updates which made a big visual difference.

It sold in days for 6% over asking in May 0f 2021, during COVID.
