Arlington Renovation 2015

     This was a favorite renovation and client experience as my client could not have been nicer to work with, and he was as excited as I was to do the necessary updates.  And those made such a difference that the neighbors could not have been more supportive.

This was 4650 4th Street South.  This was well before the days of escalations and selling much above asking.  But this gem sold in 7 days, for $793,000.  Asking price was $775,000.

Living room area connecting to a den and the very nicely renovated kitchen from years earlier, however he house was never quite finished.  My focus was to bring the older home up to the level of the updated and expanded kitchen.

I used 3 shades of grey in the adjoining rooms; one hardly noticed.  As I Often do, the fireplaces needed updating, and typically with just a coat of paint to freshen up the look. But on the lower level it required more work.
